The “Center for God, Family and Country” is a Missouri Non-For-Profit, Non Denominational Christian Community Center and Outreach located at 800 NW Commerce Dr., Lee’s Summit, MO 64086. Our opening date is December 5th, 2008. We will host various Christian services and family activities all with an emphasis on the bringing together of God, Family and Country.  We are a rare neutral Christian Community Center where Christians of all denominations can feel comfortable joining hands and coming together in oneness.

America was founded on Judeo Christian principles over 200 years ago and we’ve no doubt been blessed as a result, but over the last 50 years we seem to be falling further and further away from God.  We’ve all heard the question, “What can we do to turn this country around and back to God”.   A political agenda won’t do the trick nor will telling people what they should or shouldn’t do.  True change always starts with the heart, and the heart can only be changed when a person enters into a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ.   The message of salvation through Christ must go out like never before, and we the church are the ones God has delegated to bring that message of hope.

Unfortunately we are not getting the job done and one of the main reasons is, we are too busy segregating and separating ourselves from one another rather than working towards becoming one in the Spirit as both Jesus and Paul urged us to do.  We need to stop having the attitude that we are the only church.  We need to quit telling people that our church is much better than the one down the road.  It’s no wonder that the non Christians of America watch us and scoff at us as we say one thing but do another.  It's sad to say, but they typically have nothing good to say about our churches anymore.  On the other hand we hear words like, “They’re a bunch of hypocrites, that’s why I don’t go to church anymore”.

We think it’s high time we come together in love and oneness agreeing on the solid essentials of the Gospel of Jesus Christ, but yet agreeing to disagree on some of the smaller issues that currently drive a wedge between us.  We at the “Center for God, Family and Country” believe America will never truly return to its Godly Heritage and what the Founding Fathers put in motion until the Christians of America break down the denominational barrier walls that separate us and join together in oneness as the body of Christ.

"Standing together for the preservation of our Godly Heritage in America"
Center for God, Family and Country

What makes us different?  The “Center for God, Family and Country” is not a typical church entity, but rather a neutral bible believing Christian Community and Outreach Center. Our cities across America have plenty of large secular auditoriums but where do you go to find a neutral non-denominational faith based facility where all denominations can come together and join hand in hand?  The "Center for God, Family and Country" is the only one that we are aware of therefore we are excited to see the hand of God move as we move forward.

We believe fellowship is of utmost importance therefore the "Center for God, Family and Country" will be hosting a variety of fun family events and activities open to all, but all the while keeping our primary focus on the sharing of the Gospel of Jesus Christ with the people of our community.

What can be expected?
As we begin to really come together as the Body of Christ we believe we'll see God move in an unprecented fashion.  Everyone knows there is strength in numbers so one can only imagine what the future holds.  We believe as we move forward with God's intensions that 1,000 will become 5,000, 10,000, 25,000, 50,000, or 100,000, and in the blink of an eye we'll outgrow our facilities and have to start meeting once a month at  Royals Stadium or Chiefs Stadium.  Imagine thousands upon thousands of  Christians finally coming together and truly standing shoulder to shoulder as we bring the Gospel of Christ to our city like never before and at the same time lend a huge helping hand to the less fortunate.  There is no doubt we can turn our city and our country right side up, and restore our Christian Heritage in America.  As Jesus said, by faith we can truly move mountains if we walk hand in hand and work side by side.

Everyone needs a home church
As we hold our city wide services that bring the "Body of Christ" together in oneness, we want to make it perfectly clear that we believe that everyone needs a home church where they can be fed and grow in the word of God.  We will direct all new converts to our partner churches in their respective area for them to attend and become a member as God would lead them.  We are urging all who are already Christians at this time to continue going to their home church and supporting them financially, but at the same time become involved as God would lead them at the “Center for God, Family and Country”.

Many of us remember the Christian song we used to sing back in high school in “Young Life” and "Campus Crusade" that was based on what Jesus prayed for in John 17 and in Ephesians 4:4.  "There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;" The following song pretty much sums up what we at the "Center for God, Family and Country" are all about.

We are One in The Spirit
Verse
We are one in the Spirit, we are one in the Lord.
We are one in the Spirit, we are one in the Lord.
And we pray that all unity may one day be restored.
Chorus
And they'll know we are Christians
By our love, by our love,
Yes they'll know we are Christians by our love.
Verse
We will walk with each other, we will walk hand in hand.
We will walk with each other, we will walk hand in hand.
And together we'll spread the news that God is in our land.
Chorus
Verse
We will work with each other, we will work side by side.
We will work with each other, we will work side by side.
And we'll guard each man's dignity and save each man's pride.
Chorus
And they'll know we are Christians
By our love, by our love,
Yes they'll know we are Christians by our love.
