We use only the freshest ingredients, obtained from local sources whenever possible. Our menu changes frequently in order to bring you the freshest, tastiest bounty the season has to offer. Many of our products are organic and we utilize cooking methods that intensify the naturally delicious flavors of our products while retaining their nutrients. We want every guest to feel satisfied and energized!
We offer a wide variety of made-from-scratch baked goods, including muffins, cookies, cupcakes, pies, cakes, and pastries. The selection varies daily and can be influenced by many factors: the season, the weather, or the whims of the chef. We use only freshest seasonal produce and the highest quality ingredients on the market, obtained from local sources whenever possible. Whether you'd like a wholesome muffin to start your day, or a three-bite-dessert to top off your lunch, we've got something for every sweet tooth. Your server will be happy to describe today's selection for you.
We do things different. We are passionate about serving food that is delicious and good for you. Our hamburgers and steaks come from locally raised cows, no steroids or hormones or antibiotics. Always fresh, never frozen. Our eggs taste amazing because they come from happy hens - our egg farmers North of Kansas are humane certified. Several local farms supply us with the freshest produce. You may just be eating salad greens that were picked this morning. We would never feed our guests anything we wouldn't be proud to put in our own bodies or our children's.
